One-Pan Garlic Butter Salmon

There's nothing like a dinner that doesn't take too much effort and comes out looking like a restaurant-quality entrée. This quick and easy recipe is sure to become a favorite addition to your weeknight meal rotation. Simple ingredients like lemon, garlic, and butter infuse the salmon with mouthwatering flavor, and the parmesan roasted broccoli complements the dish perfectly. The best part is the one-pan cleanup, so you have plenty of time for dessert!

Servings: 4

Ingredients


4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. each

½ c. butter, melted

3 garlic cloves

½ lemon, juiced

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 c. broccoli florets

Olive oil

¼ c. parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, to garnish



Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Lay salmon fillets on a pan and evenly distribute the marinade.

  4. Place broccoli on both sides of the salmon, and drizzle on olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan.

  5. Bake 18 minutes.

  6. Serve and garnish with parsley.

  7. Enjoy!
